Team performance consultant · Warsaw, Poland

Great teams don't happen by accident.

They’re built deliberately.

Most companies don’t struggle because they have the wrong people. They struggle when priorities are unclear, leadership is inconsistent, decisions have no clear owner, and work breaks down as it moves between people.

I work with founders, executives and managers of growing companies to make ownership explicit, strengthen the way leaders lead, and rebuild the workflows that carry the work between people.

Six to twelve weeks, on site in Warsaw or remote across Europe. You keep the structure long after I leave.

About me

I don’t fix people. I fix what gets in their way.

I believe most people can become strong team members when the right things are in place: clear expectations, good leadership, honest communication, and systems that make good work easier.

Before becoming a consultant, I spent more than twelve years leading people and operations across countries, cultures, and constantly changing environments. In my work, even the best-planned day could change without warning.

I’ve seen a fleet of bikes disappear in Sweden and a flight have to be diverted in Iceland, while the people around me still had to make decisions, adapt, and find a way forward.

Moments like these taught me that strong teams aren’t built for perfect conditions. They’re built with enough structure to give people clarity, and enough trust for them to think, communicate, adapt, and find solutions together when the plan stops being the plan.

Those experiences shaped how I led then, and how I help teams.

Today, Warsaw is home. From here, I work with companies in Poland and travel to support teams internationally. I also help international businesses building operations in Poland create the leadership, team structure, and ways of working they need to start well and grow with confidence.

The method

Four things that make a team work.

Every engagement pulls the same four levers, in the order that makes the next one stick. Skip the first and the rest collapse back within a quarter.

Roles

One owner per outcome, written down, agreed out loud. Decision rights that survive a busy week.

Leadership

Managers who set expectations, give direct feedback and hold the line without micromanaging.

Communication

Fewer meetings, better ones. A clear rhythm for what gets decided where, and by whom.

Workflows

Handovers that don't drop. Work visible enough that status meetings become unnecessary.

How i work

I start by understanding

I look at how people, leadership and work actually connect, find where the friction begins, and understand what your organisation needs before deciding what should change.

01

I look at the whole picture

I want to know what is actually happening inside the organization, not only what the processes, job descriptions, or management structure say should be happening. I will listen to different perspectives, observe how work moves between people, and look for the points where expectations, decisions, or communication start to break down.

02

I connect the dots

Problems inside teams rarely exist in isolation. Roles affect leadership. Leadership affects communication. Communication affects execution. I look at how those pieces influence one another so we can address the cause rather than keep treating the symptoms.

03

I work with people, not around them

I don’t believe meaningful change can simply be handed to a team. I involve the people who understand the work, ask the difficult questions, and help create solutions that make sense for the reality they are working in.

04

I build what the organization actually needs

No two companies work in exactly the same way. Every team has its own people, history, pressures, and way of getting things done.

Experience helps me recognize patterns and see where problems may be connected, but I don’t use those patterns to prescribe the same solution twice. What we build is shaped around your organization, your people, your challenges and the way your business actually works.

And it has to belong to you. My work is done well when the changes make sense to the people using them, become part of how the team operates, and keep working long after I leave.

Questions

Before you book the call

If your question isn’t here, write to me. A direct answer costs both of us less than a discovery process.

If the same failure repeats after you replace the person, it is structure. Unclear ownership, missing decision rights and broken handovers survive personnel changes. The diagnostic tells you which of the two you are dealing with in two weeks.

Both, and in that order. Leaders set the rules of the game, so we start there. The team is then part of the redesign, because a role definition written above people’s heads does not hold.

Yes. Sessions, documents and manager coaching run in Polish or English. Mixed-language teams are common in Warsaw and I work in both within the same engagement.

Plan for two to three hours a week per manager during implementation, plus the interviews in the diagnostic. Anything heavier competes with the delivery work we are trying to protect.

Yes. Remote engagements run across Europe, with on-site weeks when a reset needs people in one room. Warsaw and the wider Polish market is where I also advise on entering and operating locally.

A documented operating model: roles and owners, decision rights, meeting and reporting rhythm, workflow maps, and a manager playbook. Plus a review date to check what drifted.

Next step

Tell me where the work gets stuck.

Sixty minutes, no preparation needed. You describe the friction; I tell you whether I am the right person for it and what an engagement would look like.
